How to request a refund as a Zilla customer.

We deeply care about our customers at Zilla, and will always work to ensure that you have the best shopping experience.

If by any chance you are unsatisfied with a service or item purchased from a Zilla merchant and would like a refund, we have put measures in place to ensure that you are able to get one.

To put in a request for a refund, please directly contact the merchant you make your purchase from. As they are the provider of the goods or services, it is their primary responsibility to process your refund request.

All Zilla merchants have been informed of the simple, seamless process of issuing refunds to customers. Once you have informed the merchant of your request, and they start the process from their end, your upcoming payments will be cancelled and your downpayment will be refunded within 24 working hours.

It is important to notify the merchant of refund requests within 72 hours of your purchase to make the process much smoother.

If you have done all of this and you do not receive any assurances from the merchant, please contact us. We will immediately look into it and ensure that your request is attended to.
