At some points during your registration with Zilla, we will require you to verify some information that you provide (email address, phone number, BVN) via an OTP.

The one-time password (OTP) is a randomly generated string of numbers that serves as authentication to complete a step of your registration. It is one of the ways we ensure that no one is stealing your information to create an account that you are not aware of.

The OTP can be sent to your phone number or email address depending on the stage of your registration. Please check your spam and promotions folders if you do not get the OTP in your email address within about two minutes. Sometimes the emails are sent because your inbox is unfamiliar with our email address.

If the code was supposed to be sent to your phone and you did not receive it, please check the WhatsApp account connected to the phone number. If you still do not find your OTP after waiting for a few minutes and checking all your inboxes, please let us know.
